By joining the Buxloop waitlist or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Age Requirement
Buxloop is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this website or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Use of Service
Buxloop provides a platform for organizing recurring expenses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Buxloop is currently in pre-launch and accounts are not yet available. When the app launches, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You will be responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buxloop.
6. Third-party Services
Buxloop relies on third-party services to operate, including Loops (email) and Umami Analytics (anonymous usage data). When the full app launches, additional providers such as Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database) will be used. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Buxloop website and any future services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buxloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the website or waitlist after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
